ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4302 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> CROSS PLAINS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cross Plains be amended to include in the <br /> RH-3 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4302: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 :NW 1/4 of Section 16, Town of Cross Plains described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 16; thence S <br /> 89° 20' 04" East along the East-West quarter line of said Section 16, 804.91 <br /> feet to the point of beginning; thence N 33° 51' 09" West, 1,016.91 feet to <br /> the South line of Lot #3, Certified Survey Map #5233; thence S 89° 20 ' 04" <br /> East along the South line of Lot #3, CSM #5233, 159.10 feet:to the Easterly <br /> most corner of Lot #3, CSM #5233; thence N 31° 10' 00' West along the East <br /> line of Lot 3, CSM #5233, 30.89 feet; thence N 63° 00' 00" East along the <br /> South line of Lot #2, CSM #5233, 122.00 feet; thence N 88° 00' 00" East along <br /> the South line of Lot #2, said Certified Survey Map, 153.00 feet; thence N 65° <br /> 10' 00" East along the South line of said Lot #2, 135.00 feet; thence N 62° <br /> 30' 00" East along the South line of said Lot #2, 241.20 feet; thence N 10° <br /> 00' 00" East along the East line of said Lot #2, 146.13 feet to the centerline <br /> of Observatory Drive; thence along the centerline'of Observatory Drive, being <br /> the centerline of a curve to the right, having a radius of 375.00 feet and a <br /> long chord subtended bearing S 44° 33' 57" East, 384.00 feet to the East line <br /> of the Southwest quarter of said Section 16; thence S 00° 00' 00" East along <br /> the East line of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 of said Section 16, 1,015.00 feet to the <br /> East-West quarter line of said Section 16; thence N 89° 20 ' 04" West along the <br /> East-West quarter line of said Section 16, 519.00 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by the <br /> County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land running in favor of DAne County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of the land: <br /> a) . All buildings shall be placed in the wooded areas of the lot and the <br /> road to those buildings shall closely parallel west of Observatory Road <br /> and then North of the lot line with the Farrell property. <br /> EFFECTIVE: DEC 191988 <br />
