ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5494 '� <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> RUTLAND <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Rutland-be amended to include in the A-B <br /> Agri-Business District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5494: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 and E 1/2 SE 1/4 Section 31, Town of Rutland. <br /> Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 31; thence S 89° 01' 48" <br /> West 628.72 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 02° 22' 38" East 410.22 <br /> feet; thence N 89° 49' 29" East 96.98 feet; thence 52° 22' 38" East 990 feet; <br /> thence West 440 feet; thence N 02° 22' 38" West 1410 feet to the centerline of <br /> STH 92; thence Southeasterly along STH 92 360 feet to the point of beginning., <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
