ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5495 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> CROSS PLAINS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cross Plains be amended to include in the <br /> RH-2 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5495: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 17, Town of Cross Plains described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of the said Section 17; thence N <br /> 00° 29' 25" East 280 feet to the point of beginning; thence N 80° 08' 29' West <br /> 240.79 feet thence N 70° West 270 feet; thence N 07° East 840 feet; thence East <br /> 400 feet; thence South 1010 feet along Barlow Road to point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County Board, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: `tiQN 1 1 1993 <br />
