ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5500 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> MONTROSE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Montrose be amended to include in the A-2 <br /> Agriculture and RH-2 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5500: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 and NE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 9, Town of Montrose <br /> described as follows: TO RH-2: Commencing at the Southeast corner of Section <br /> 9, thence N 02° 05' 44" West, along the East line of the SE 1/4 of said Section <br /> 9, 1339.45 feet; thence S 89° 17' 12" West, along the South line of the N 1/2 <br /> SE 1/4 of said Section 9, 1603.65 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br /> continuing S 89° 17' 12" West, along the South line of the N 1/2 SE 1/4, 418.05 <br /> feet to the East line of Gaffney Road; thence N 13° 34' 09" West, along the <br /> East line of Gaffney Road, 38.40 feet; thence N 04° 01' 15' East, along the <br /> East line of Gaffney Road, 331.80 feet; thence N 21° 02' 32" East, along the <br /> East line of Gaffney Road; 76.83 feet; thence N 88° 54' 27" East, 373.32 feet; <br /> thence S 00° 22' 46" East, 441.95 feet to the point of beginning.
