ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5501 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> WESTPORT <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Westport be amended to include in the B-1 <br /> Local Business District the following described land: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 23, Town of Westport described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 23; thence S 89° 36' 00" <br /> West, 1991.19 feet along the North line of said NE 1/4 of Section 23; thence S <br /> 00° 24' 00" East, 2.80 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 24° 58' 10" <br /> West, 5.00 feet; thence S 65° 01' 50' East, 15.00 feet; thence N 24° 58' 10" <br /> East, 5.00 feet; thence N 65° 01' 50" West, 15.00 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) of <br /> the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the <br /> following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane <br /> County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions <br /> on said land: <br /> A. Use of the zoned area shall be limited to an "on-premise" sign for <br /> a business located on the parcel. <br /> B. The maximum size of the sign shall be 10 feet by 3 feet. <br /> C. Lighting shall be limited to 2 lights. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town <br /> Board as well as the owners of the land. Failure to record the restrictions <br /> will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: <br />
