ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5502 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> VERMONT <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Vermont be amended to include in the RH-1 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 10, Town of Vermont described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 10; thence South along the <br /> West line thereof; 1635.0 feet to the point of beginning; thence East, 435.60 <br /> feet; thence South, 200.00 feet; thence West, 435.60 feet; thence North, 200.00 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) <br /> of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane <br /> County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions <br /> on said land: <br /> A. The rezone area shall not be divided or separated from the primary <br /> parcel. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town <br /> Board as well as the owners of the land. Failure to record the restrictions <br /> will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: <br />
