The proposed to <br /> be rezoned is adjacent to Runways 12 and 13, two of the busiest <br /> runways at the airport, which are located 3500 ' feet east of the <br /> property, Also, the primary arrival and departure routes for Army <br /> National Guard helicopters will cross almost directly over the <br /> property. In addition, Taxiway Alpha, located 3, 000 feet east of <br /> the property, has been used late at night for maintenance engine <br /> run-ups. <br /> To mitigate the effect upon the airport and provide prospective <br /> buyers 'with proper purchase information, the conditiunal approval <br /> of the rezoning should include the following stipulation: <br /> The conveyance of a permanent «uis avigation easement to <br /> Dane County and; <br /> 2 . A disclosure statement to bC inc;luded in any covenants and <br /> restrictions of the property deeds stating, "Dane County <br /> Regional Airport is located '500 feet east of the premises of <br /> the property.
