This parcel was rezoned to RH-4 in April 1992 (Petition 5313) . The <br /> rationale was that one house existed, and another house could be allowed in the <br /> density of one lot per 35 acres since the applicant reported the area to be 38.6 <br /> acres. <br /> Now the applicant wants to rezone to RH-3 to allow for an additional lot . This <br /> would clearly conflict with the density policy. <br /> There is no policy rationale to Justify this rezoning. <br /> Environmental Health Dept. (E.H.D.) - <br /> Petition 5465 The existing private sewage system must remain <br /> on the same lot with the existing dwelling. <br /> Co. Highway Dept. - <br /> Petition 5465. Access Permit 92-17 was granted at the center <br /> of this parcel for a single family residence. Permit will have <br /> to rescinded and a new one granted to accommodate this zoning <br /> scheme. <br />
