ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5466 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> SPRINGFIELD <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Springfield be amended to include in the <br /> RH-2 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Part of the N 1/2 SW 1/4 Section 31, Town of Springfield described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the West quarter corner of said Section 31; thence Easterly along <br /> the East-West quarter line of said Section 31, to the North-South quarter line <br /> of said Section 31; thence Southerly along said North-South quarter line to the <br /> Northeast corner of Certified Survey Map #1446; thence Westerly along the <br /> Northerly line of said Certified Survey Map #190 feet to the Northwest_corner <br /> of said Certified Survey Map #1446; thence Southerly along the Westerly line of <br /> said Certified Survey Map #1446, 250 feet; thence Southeasterly along a <br /> Southwesterly line of said Certified Survey Map #1446 to the centerline of a <br /> Town Road (Enchanted Valley Road); thence Southwesterly and Westerly along said <br /> cneterline to the West line of the SW 1/4 of said Section 31; thence Northerly <br /> along the Westerly line of said Section 31 to the West quarter corner of said <br /> Section 31, and point being the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) of <br /> the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the <br /> following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 1 year of its adoption by Dane <br /> County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions <br /> on said land: <br /> A. Said property shall be divided into a minimum of 7 lots. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town <br /> Board as well as the owners of the land. Failure to record the restrictions <br /> will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE DAT ,MAR 0 2 <br /> 1993 <br />
