RESTRICTIONS <br /> w <br /> I. WHEREAS, is/are <br /> the owner/s of the following described land in the Town of <br /> Dane County, Wisconsin, to-wit: <br /> Part of the N 1/2 SW 1/4 Section 31, Town of Springfield described as <br /> follows: Beginning at the West quarter corner of said Section 31; thence <br /> Easterly along the East-West quarter line of said Section 31, to the <br /> North-South quarter line of said Section 31; thence Southerly along said <br /> North-South quarter line to the Northeast corner of Certified Survey Map <br /> #1446; thence Westerly along the Northerly line of said Certified Survey Map <br /> #190 feet to the Northwest corner of said Certified Survey Map #1446; thence <br /> Southerly along the Westerly line of said Certified Survey Map #1446, 250 <br /> feet; thence Southeasterly along a Southwesterly line of said Certified Survey <br /> Map #1446 to the centerline of a Town Road (Enchanted Valley Road); thence <br /> Southwesterly and Westerly along said cneterline to the West line of the SW <br /> 1/4 of said Section 31; thence Northerly along the Westerly line of said <br /> Section 31 to the West quarter corner of said Section 31, and point being the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> II: WHEREAS, the said owner desires to place certain restrictions thereon, to <br /> bind the owner and those who may acquire title hereafter. <br /> III.
