Lots 1 through 19 are currently platted <br /> and 9 of those 19 lots are currently sold. Five houses are under <br /> construction with either one or two near or at completion. They <br /> intend to plat and develop the remaining portion of the parcel <br /> during the next year. <br /> As you can see, the parcel is immediately west of the <br /> proposed quarry site and at least three of the residential lots <br /> will abut the western border of the site.
