Applicant & Town Board shall evaluate and determine acceptable blasting <br /> charge weights & other blast design techniques, such as delay and multi- <br /> ple row patterns which will provide the maximum practical relief. A <br /> seismograph shall be used during blasting to verify that blasting levels <br /> etc. , agreed upon are being adhered to. <br /> 4. Applicant representative/s & pertinent insurance agents shall inspect & <br /> verify the condition of existing homes within 1/2 mile, more or less. <br /> 5. The mineral extraction permit shall be for four years. <br /> 6. Applicant will provide a seven day advance written notice of any blasting <br /> to homes within 1/2 mile more or less. <br /> 7. Reclamation plan to county standards for the entire area, if possible. <br />
