The amendment you requested <br /> at the public hearing to delete the existing RH-1 parcel from the <br /> application and rezone the balance to A-2 will, in effect, allow <br /> the creation of a second separate parcel which was not the intent <br /> of the original application. The creation of a second additional <br /> parcel was not reviewed by the Town when they approved your <br /> proposed rezone and rather than risk their denial of the amended <br /> petition the committee requests that you present your proposed <br /> change to the Town for their input and approval.
