You will note that all <br /> but three acres is dedicated to pasture or alfalfa which does include a riding <br /> area on the lower portion of the forty acres. The Conditional Use Permit <br /> should be for horses and related equestrian activities. <br /> We have been living on the property for three years and have our own horses on <br /> the property. <br /> You will note that we are boarded by Valley View on one side and Meadow Lane <br /> on other. Directly south of us is the Bruce Company's nursery and there are <br /> no homes for approximately sixty acres. On the west of us is also rural <br /> acreage with a tree farm directly to the west of us. <br /> North of us is property that is being developed for horse use by Robert Fish <br /> and he has sold these acreages off in twenty acres parcels to horse people. <br /> On our eastern border is two small farmettes and a recent sale to Kelany Dirty <br /> Company and they are harvesting black dirt off of approximately a forty acre <br /> parcel of land. <br /> If you have any questions, please feel free to give us a call.
