The house is an older farm house with <br /> 12 rooms. When I bought the house in 1965, the upstairs had <br /> been converted into a 1 bedroom apartment. Over the years <br /> the size of my family grew to six children and we needed all <br /> the space available; the house was converted back to a one <br /> family residence.
