ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5476 ' <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> ROXBURY <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Roxbury be amended to include in the R-3A <br /> Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5476: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 11, Town of Roxbury described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the West quarter corner of Section 11; thence S 88° 02' 12" East <br /> 1336.12 feet; thence S 00° 03' 12" East 1789.40 feet; thence S 63° 35' 10" East <br /> 450.52 feet; thence S 80° East 90.0 feet to the North right-of-way of CTH Y and <br /> the point beginning; thence N 37° East 245 feet; thence S 58° East 180 feet; <br /> thence S 37° West 245 feet; thence N 58° West along the right-of-way 180 feet <br /> to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
