RESTRICTIONS <br /> I. WHEREAS, is/are <br /> the owner/s of the following described land in the Town of <br /> Dane County, Wisconsin, to-wit: <br /> Part of the W 1/2 NW 1/4 Section 1 , Town of Springdale, described as follows: <br /> Lot #1 , CSM 6374 found in Volume 31 , Page 45 of Certified Surveys Dane County <br /> Register of Deeds Office. <br /> II. WHEREAS, the said owner desires to place certain restrictions thereon, to <br /> bind the owner and those who may acquire title hereafter. <br /> III.
