ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5478 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> ALBION <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Albion be amended to include in the RH-3 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5478: <br /> Part of the N 1/2 SW 1/4 Section 19, Town of Albion described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Northwest corner of said CSM 5239; thence West, 352 feet more <br /> or less; thence South, 794 feet more or less; thence East, 564 feet more or <br /> less; thence North, 234 feet more or less to the Southeast corner of said CSM; <br /> thence Westerly along the South line of said CSM, 212 feet more or less; thence <br /> Northerly along the West line of said CSM, 560 feet more or less to the point <br /> of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
