We do not <br /> know the estimated breakdown between bused students and those <br /> shuttled by private automobile, nevertheless normal traffic <br /> volumes on Airport Road make it imperative that ingress and <br /> egress to the school be safe and efficient. <br /> Our recommendations are as follows : <br /> 1. Provide minimum 11-foot traffic lanes on Airport Road. <br /> 2 . Separate entrances for buses and automobiles and mark <br /> accordingly. <br /> 3 . Construct a twelve-foot passing lane for eastbound <br /> traffic. In order to eliminate traffic weave, continue <br /> this lane between entrances. <br /> 4 . Provide full twelve-foot turn lanes with concrete curb <br /> radii for westbound traffic . <br /> 5 .
