o <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5512 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> MAZOMANIE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Mazomanie be amended to include in the A-1 <br /> Exclusive Agriculture, RH-4 Rural Homes and CO-1 Conservancy District the <br /> following described land: <br /> Pet. #5512: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 25, Town of Mazomanie described as follows: <br /> TO A-1 Exclusive Agriculture: All that part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 lying North <br /> of STH 78. <br /> TO RH-4: The East 788 feet of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 lying South of STH 78. <br /> TO CO-1: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 25; thence N <br /> 00° 31' 47' West along the West line of the NW 1/4 of said Section 1311.94 feet <br /> to the Southwest corner of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 and the point of beginning; thence <br /> continuing N 00° 31' 47" West along the West line of said NW 1/4, 746.74 feet <br /> to the South line of STH 78; thence N 44° 40' 32" East along the South line of <br /> said Hwy. 543.26 feet; thence N 78° 52' 52" East along the South line of said <br /> Highway, 167.35 feet; thence S 00° 31' 47" East, 1167.25 feet to the South line <br /> of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of said Section 25; thence N 89° 48' 05" West along said <br /> South line, 550.06 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
