This proposed rezoning Is to accommodate sale of lands to DNR. <br /> (Lands proposed for CO-1 .) <br /> The existing RH-3 parcel (approximately 12 acres) has a single family home. The <br /> area to the south proposed for RH-3 Is a steep wooded hillside (approximately 10 <br /> acres). With the combined acreage under the RH-3 zoning there could be another <br /> house permitted, which would conflict with density policies. <br /> The combined RH-3 area should be rezoned to RH-4 to preclude construction of an <br /> additional house In this area. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPT.
