ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5517 <br /> Amending Section 10.03, relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> BLUE MOUNDS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Blue Mounds be amended to include in the <br /> RH-3 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5517: <br /> Part of the W 1/2 E 1/2 and NE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 15, Town of Blue Mounds <br /> described as follows: Commencing in the centerline of CTH E at the Southwest <br /> corner of CSM #4444 and the point of beginning; thence N 89° 34' East along the <br /> South line of said CSM 379.5 feet more or less; thence S 00° 09' 13" East, 66 <br /> feet more or less; thence N 89° 34' East, along the South line of CSM #4444, <br /> 290.0 feet more or less; thence S 28° 00' West, 613.00 feet more or less; <br /> thence S 02° 18' West, 248.0 feet more or less; thence N 89° 48' East, 243.0 <br /> feet more or less; thence S 17° 12' West, 1502.0 feet more or less; thence S <br /> 06° 23' West, 422.0 feet more or less to an Easterly extension of the North <br /> line of CSM #2236; thence 580.0 feet more or less to the centerline of CTH E; <br /> thence Northerly, along the centerline of CTH E to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
