ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5519 <br /> • <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Distric in the Town of <br /> ALBION <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors d• -s ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Albio- be amended to include in the R-3A <br /> Residential District the following desc bed land: <br /> Pet. #5519: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Sectio , Town of Albion described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Northeast corn- of said Section 5; thence South along the <br /> East line of said quarter qua er, 209 feet; thence West, 209 feet; thence <br /> North, 209 feet to the Nort line of said quarter quarter; thence East along <br /> said North line, 209 feet o the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed descri•tion/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map 11 be prepared for approval and recorded.
