ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5520 -------^ <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Dist s in the Town of <br /> CHRISTI <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervi rs does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town o Christiana be amended to include in the <br /> R-1A Residential District the fo owing described land: <br /> Pet. #5520: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 ection 33, Town of Christiana described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the North st corner of said SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 33; thence <br /> South along the West ine of said 1/4 1/4, 220 feet; thence East, 220 feet; <br /> thence North, 220 et to the North line of said 1/4 1/4; thence West along <br /> said North line, 20 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above lisx4 d; description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified si}fivey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment ill become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County Board, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: <br />
