ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5521 <br /> • Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the TownAof <br /> ALBION <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Albion be amended to include in the RH-2 <br /> Rural Homes District the--following described land: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 and NW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 35, Town of Albion <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 35; <br /> thence N 89° 54' 09" East, 1330.45 feet to the point of beginning; thence N 89° <br /> 54' 08" East, 1006.92 feet; thence S 38° 54' 02" East, 736.98 feet; thence S <br /> 60° 25' 59" West, 577.01 feet; thence N 37° 27' West, 296.0 feet; thence S 52° <br /> 33' West, 293.0 feet; thence N 37° 27' West, 66.0 feet; thence N 52° 33' East, <br /> 293.0 feet; thence N 37° 27' West, 295.0 feet; thence S 52° 33' West, 293.0 <br /> feet; thence N 37° 27' West, 551.16 feet; thence N 00° 27' West, 75.57 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) of <br /> the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the <br /> following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane <br /> County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions <br /> on said land: <br /> A. Large animals, horses, cows, etc. , shall be limited to a maximum <br /> of 3 animals on the proposed smaller lot and a maximum of 4 <br /> annimals on the proposed larger lot. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town <br /> Board as well as the owners of the land. Failure to record the restrictions <br /> will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: APR 0 6 1493 <br />
