This proposed agribusiness is located in an agricultural preservation area of the Town of <br /> Sun Prairie. The relevant policy is: "Only commercial uses clearly related to or compatible with <br /> agricultural production should be permitted to rezone in designated agricultural preservation areas." <br /> This grain handling and storage facility appears to fit within that policy. <br /> However, there are non-farm residences on the two lots south of the railroad track along Twin Lane <br /> Road. There is also a house east of the road just north of the track. There could be potential noise and <br /> dust conflicts in the future. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPT. (EHD) <br /> CO.
