ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5529 r r • <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town `J <br /> SUN PRAIRIE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to include in the <br /> A-B Agri-Business District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5529: <br /> Part of the S 1/2 SE 1/4 Section 2, Town of Sun Prairie described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the South quarter corner of said Section 2; thence North along the <br /> West line of said Southeast quarter, 980 feet; thence S 89° 00' East along the <br /> South right-of-way of Wisconsin Southern Railroad; 1320 feet; thence South <br /> along the East line of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 25.25 feet; thence S 89° 00' East <br /> along the South right-of-way of the Wisconsin Southern Railroad, 1320 feet; <br /> thence South along the East line of aid SE 1/4, 66.00 feet; thence N 89° 00' <br /> West, 1320 feet; thence South along the East line of said SW 1/4 SE 1/4, 820 <br /> feet; thence West along the South line of said SW 1/4 SE 1/4, 1319.6 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> The above description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified <br /> survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
