Referral for Case Number TPB-1300-71 Case referred July 16, 1992. Sheldon; Please attach the enclosed information to the above referenced case file. The information was compiled as a result of your request for a follow-up inspection to determine the status of this site. I believe that request came from the Attorney Generals Office through you. The results of the inspection done on February 17, 1993 are as follows. Items enumerated in the noncom•liance issues referred to the Attorne Generals office are listed below in the same order as they were referred. As noted, there appears to have been no attempt to comply to the orders issued. 1 . Exit door hardware and exit light violations still exist. 2. Electrical code violations still exist. 3. Furnace room enclosure and furnace room door violations still exist. 4. Accumulation of waste violation still exists. 5. I did not note any compressed gas cylinders but there was so much accumulation of debris and snow in the area that there may be a continued violation. 6. I did not note any inside storage of waste oil . I would state however that it could not be determined where the storage of waste oil was being done. The inside of the building did have several containers that may have waste oil stored in them. I took several pictures of the site. I had no way of sampling the product to determine if it was waste oil . . I also attach several articles that have appeared recently in area newspapers.
