ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5537 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> PLEASANT SPRINGS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended to include in <br /> the RH-1 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet: 5537: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 15, Town of Pleasant Springs described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 15; thence <br /> South along the West line of said 1/4 1/4, 1020 feet to the point of beginning; <br /> thence continue South, 66 feet, thence N 78° East, 600 feet; thence N 45° East, <br /> 250 feet; thence North, 200 feet; thence S 60° West, 950 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
