ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5538 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> RUTLAND <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Rutland be amended to include in the RH-3 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5538: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 2, Town of Rutland described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 2; thence N 88° 21' East <br /> along the North line of said 1/4 1/4, 250 feet to the Northeast corner of <br /> Certified Survey Map #3671 and the point of beginning; thence continue N 88° <br /> 21' East, 596 feet to the Northwest corner of Certified Survey Map #2706; <br /> thence S 01° 12' East, 332 feet along the West line of said Certified Survey, <br /> to the Southwest corner thereof and the Northwest corner of Certified Survey <br /> #2459; thence S 00° 16' West, along the West line of said Certified Survey, 526 <br /> feet to the South line of the aforesaid NW 1/4 NW 1/4; thence S 89° 43' West <br /> along said South line, 582 feet to the Southeast corner of the aforesaid <br /> certified Survey Map #3671; thence N 01° 05' East along the East line of said <br /> Certified Survey, 844 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County Board, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: 13 <br />
