ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5539 . 41 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> ALBION <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Albion be amended to include in the RH-2 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5539: <br /> Part of the S 1/2 SW 1/4 Section 30, Town of Albion described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the S 1/4 Section corner said Section 30; thence West along the <br /> South line said SW 1/4, 703.56 feet to the point of beginning of this <br /> description; thence continue West along said line, 708.07 feet; thence North, <br /> 470.00 feet; thence East,- 220.24 feet; thence S 46° 04' 00" East, 677.41 feet <br /> to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended: to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County Board, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> • <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: <br />
