ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5540 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> SUN PRAIRIE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to include in the <br /> RH-2 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5540: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 2, Town of Sun Prairie described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the East quarter corner of Section 2; thence West 715.7 feet <br /> along the East-West quarter line to the point of beginning. Thence North 513.0 <br /> feet; thence West 513.0 feet; thence South 513.0 feet to the East-West quarter <br /> line of Section 2; thence East along said East-West quarter line to the point <br /> of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County Board, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: 4/17/4 3 <br />
