Welton, owner of the property <br /> involved in rezoning petition #5541. We are requesting that you hold the public <br /> hearing this evening, but refrain from any formal action on this matter because there <br /> were some misunderstandings with the Town of Burke as relates to the parcel being <br /> rezoned. <br /> These misunderstandings were cleared up with Mr. John Walters of the Burke <br /> Planning Commission this afternoon, January 12th. The Burke Planning Commission <br /> will be giving their application and recommendations to their Town Board at <br /> tomorrow night's Burke Planning Commission (January 13th).
