In that <br /> letter I stated that Bill Buglass had indicated to Dennis that <br /> most of the traffic to and from the proposed site would be <br /> between STH 19 and Easy Street. <br /> It is true that there is a potential for increased southerly <br /> traffic when aggregate from the site is used on construction <br /> projects located in that direction. However, the primary use <br /> will be to supply Payne & Dolan 's asphalt plant on Norway Grove <br /> School Road. <br /> Dennis apologizes for his error in communication. His <br /> discussions with Bill focused on an improvement to the CTH "I" <br /> - Easy Street (west) intersection.
