ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5542 <br /> 1 <br /> S <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DUNKIRK <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunkirk be amended to include in the RH-2 <br /> Residential and R-1 Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5542: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 9, Town of Dunkirk described as follows: TO <br /> TO R-1: Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 9, Town of Dunkirk described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 9; thence South <br /> 402 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing South 200 feet; thence <br /> West 654.5 feet; thence North 187; thence West 5.5 feet; thence North 13 feet; <br /> thence East 660 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO RH-2: Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 9, Town of Dunkirk described as <br /> follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Section 9; thence South 402 <br /> feet; thence West 660 feet; thence North 402 feet; thence East 660 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
