RESTRICTIONS <br /> I. WHEREAS, is/are <br /> the owner/s of the following described land in the Town of <br /> Dane County, Wisconsin, to-wit: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 21, Town of Sun Prairie described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of Section 21; thence South <br /> 169.38 feet along the West line of Section 21; thence East 52.1 feet to the <br /> East right-of-way line of CTH N and point of beginning. Thence continue East <br /> 300.0 feet; thence South 222.2 feet to the North line of CSM #3600; thence <br /> West 300.0 feet along the North line of said CSM #3600 to the East <br /> right-of-way line of CTH N; thence N 000 06' East, 222.2 along the East <br /> right-of-way line to the point of beginning. <br /> II. WHEREAS, the said owner desires to place certain restrictions thereon, to <br /> bind the owner and those who may acquire title hereafter. <br /> III. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual benefits passing to and <br /> from the owner and those who may hereafter purchase said land and the <br /> parties named as beneficiaries of these restrictions, the following <br /> restrictions are- hereby imposed: <br /> A.
