• ♦ ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5544 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> ROXBURY <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Roxbury be amended to include in the RH-2 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5544: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 and NW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 27, Town of Roxbury <br /> described as follows: Beginning at the West quarter corner of said Section 27; <br /> thence S 78°. 21' 05" East, 164.06 feet; thence N 02° 21' 28" East, 175.80 feet; <br /> thence S 86° 02' 21" East, 225.37 feet; thence S 11° 38' 45" East, 339.14 feet; <br /> thence N 82° 32' 07" East, 91.57 feet; thence S 14° 57' 18" East, 263.36 feet; <br /> thence S 84° 57' 03" West, 622.24 feet to the West line of the SW 1/4 of said <br /> Section 27 and the centerline of CTH KP; thence N 00° 00' 56" West along said <br /> West line and said centerline, 502.51 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description's is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
