• ARTICLE 8 . Section 10 . 123 ( 3 ) ( f ) is amended to read as follows : 1039 ( f) Limited family businesses . 1 . Such businesses are subject to the provisions of sec . 10 . 192 . 2 . The operation of any such business shall be limited to the existing farm residence or structures or portions of the existing farmstead that are not dedicated to agricultural use . [EXPLANATION: The amendment corrects-7th internal reference and updates the Zoning Ordinance to include recent amendments to the Farmland- Preservation -Law statutes which assure protect ton of agricultural land. No substantive change is intended. ] ARTICLE 9 . Section 10 .123 ( 3 ) ( i ) is amended to read as follows : ( 1 ) Mineral extraction operations,- specifically netting the recuirements of the State of Wisconsin farmla°e preservation 1 . The mineral extraction site shall be restored to agricultural ti use-bn termination of permit . [EXPLANATION: The amendment updates the Zoning Ordinance to include recent amendments to the Farmland Preservation Law statutes and will allow mineral extraction without the necessity of rezoning the land if the site will be restored to agricultural use.
