MINUTES OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING OF JULY 16, 1971 The Dane County Board of Adjustment met on July 16, 1971 at 7:30 P. M. in Room 226 (Circuit Court Branch IV) , to conduct a Public Hearing as - published in the notice. Present: Erickson, Holte, Dahlk. Also: Fleck, Meeting was called to order; motion was made by Dahlk to amend the minutes of May 21, 1971 to include" Frank Blathazor, County District Supervisor of District 7, appeared. in favor of granting Petition #121, East Side Busines- Men's Association appeal for a Special Exemption Permit to conduct the East Side Festival', second by Holte, carried. Motion by Dahlk to approve the minutes of May 21, 1971, as amended, and the minutes of July 10, 1971, second by Holte, carried. The Notice was read and the Public Hearing was opened. J #125. Appeal by H. K. Olson from denial of a permit to build an addition to a residence located on Lot 24, Oak Ridge 2'nd Addition, Township of Madison. Permit Denied because the setback is less than required by the Dane County Zoning Ordinance. IN FAVOR: Mrs. Olson , resident, needs variance to build addition to kitchen. OTHERS IN FAVOR: none. OPPOSED: none. TOWN BOARD: Communication stating no objection. #124. Appeal by Wm. C. Wagner Sr. from denial of a permit to construct an acessory building on Lot 28, Block 2, Second Ward Beach, Township of Westport. Permit denied because yard is less than required by the Dane County Zoning Ordinance. IN FAVOR: Wm. Wagner, wishes to build a larger garage on site of existing building. OTHERS IN FAVOR: none. OPPOSED: none. TOWN BOARD: B. J. Kennedy, Chairman, in favor. • The Public Hearing was closed. #124. Motion by Dahlk to grant appeal, second• by Holte, carried. #125.
