BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING - FEBRUARY 14, 1969 <br /> The Dane County Board of Adjustment met at 7:30 P.M., <br /> February 14, 1969 in Room 226 (Circuit Court Branch IV), <br /> City-County Building, Madison, Wisconsin to conduct a <br /> public hearing as published in the notice. The following <br /> members were present: Millard Erickson, Chairman; Oscar <br /> Holte, Vice-Chairman; Hermann Eisner, Secretary. Also <br /> present: L. J. Enger, Zoning Assistant. <br /> The meeting was called to order. The notice was read and <br /> the following cases heard: <br /> 1. Appeal by Lester Palmer from the denial of a permit <br /> to rebuild an addition to a barn on a parcel of land <br /> in the SW34 NE% of Section 10, Town of Montrose. Permit <br /> denied because setback from road is less than required by <br /> the Dane County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> THOSE IN FAVOR: Mr. Palmer explained that the old add- <br /> ition was not wide enough or high enough to allow his <br /> tractor with a scoop on it to be used for cleaning the <br /> manure out. <br /> Mr. Erickson read a letter from the County Highway <br /> Department and introduced a map. These were placed on <br /> file. <br /> + THOSE OPPOSED: None <br /> �r TOWN BOARD: The Town Board of Montrose, and Donald Pauli <br /> Town Clerk were all in favor of granting the variance. <br /> ACTION BY THE BOARD: Mr. Eisner moved that a variance of <br /> 44 feet from the centerline of CTH "PB" be granted. <br /> Mr. Holte seconded and the vote was unanimous. <br /> The meeting was adjourned at 7:50 P.M. <br /> All mileage regular. <br /> Secretary, Hermann Eisner /7-727D;'/>- - <br />
