BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING - JANUARY 31, 1969 <br /> The Dane County Board of Adjustment met at 7:30 P.M., <br /> January 31, 1969 in Room 226 (Circuit Court Branch IV), <br /> City-County Building, Madison, Wisconsin to conduct a <br /> public hearing as published in the notice. The following <br /> members were present: Millard Erickson, Chairman; Oscar <br /> Holte, Vice-Chairman; Hermann Eisner, Secretary. Also <br /> present: L. J. Enger, Zoning Assistant. <br /> The meeting was called to order. Minutes of two previous <br /> meetings (December 6, 1968 and January 25, 1969) were <br /> adopted. <br /> The notice was read and the following cases heard: <br /> 1. Appeal by Marvin I. Yngsdahl from the denial of a <br /> permit to build a feeder barn on a parcel of land in the <br /> NW34 NE34 of Section 6, Town of Burke. Permit denied because <br /> land area is not large enough to permit agricultural uses <br /> as required by the Dane County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> Mr. Erickson introduced a letter and map from the State <br /> Highway Department. The map of plans for future highway <br /> developement indicates that there will be 0.95 Acres taken <br /> for highway purposes, leaving 0.8 acres for Mr. Yngsdahl. <br /> The map and letter were ordered placed on file. <br /> THOSE IN FAVOR: Mr. Yngsdahl appeared and told of his plans <br /> �r for the veal calf feeding barn. <br /> THOSE OPPOSED: None <br /> TOWN BOARD: Mr. O. K. Anderson, Chairman of the Town of <br /> Burke appeared and registered in favor. <br /> ACTION BY THE BOARD: Mr. Eisner moved that the appeal be <br /> granted and that the building be built with the highway <br /> improvement in mind, Mr. Holte seconded and the motion <br /> carried. <br /> Mr. Eisner moved that the meeting be adjourned, Mr. Holte <br /> seconded and the motion carried.
