BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING - DECEMBER 6, 1968 <br /> The Dane County Board of Adjustment met at 7:30 P.M., December <br /> 6, 1968 in Room 226 (Circuit Court Branch IV), City-County <br /> Building, Madison, Wisconsin to conduct a public hearing as <br /> published in the notice. The following members were present: <br /> Millard Erickson, Chairman; Oscar Holte, Vice-Chairman. Also <br /> present: L. J. Enger, Zoning Assistant. <br /> The meeting was called to order, the notice read and the following <br /> cases heard: <br /> 1. Appeal by Merton Holtan from the denial of a permit to remodel <br /> a school building for residential use on a parcel of land in the <br /> E SE'A NWT, of Section 22, Town of Vienna. Permit denied because <br /> set back from road is less than required by Dane County Zoning <br /> Ordinance. <br /> THOSE IN FAVOR: Mr. Holtan told of his plans to convert the <br /> building to a duplex type of residential use. <br /> THOSE OPPOSED: None <br /> TOWN BOARD: The Town Board of the Town of Vienna appeared and <br /> were in favor of granting the variance. <br /> ACTION BY THE BOARD: Mr. Holte moved to grant approval, Mr. <br /> Erickson seconded and the motion carried. <br /> The meeting was adjourned at 7:50 P.M. <br /> Mileage: All regular <br /> Vice-Chairman, Oscar Holte ( 'yC-<L> c � <br />
