BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING - OCTOBER 16, 1968 <br /> The Dane County Board of Adjustment met at 7:30 P.M., October <br /> 16, 1968 in Room 226, City-County Building, Madison, Wisconsin <br /> iir to conduct a public hearing as published in the notice. The <br /> following members were present: Millard Erickson, Chairman; <br /> Oscar Holte, Vice-Chairman; Hermann Eisner, Secretary. Also <br /> present; George Reinke, County Administrator; W. G. Massarene, <br /> Zoning Supervisor; L. J. Enger, Zoning Assistant. <br /> The meeting was called to order. Mr. Eisner moved that the <br /> minutes of the meetings of September 26 and October 12 be <br /> approved, Mr. Holte seconded and the motion carried. <br /> Letters of withdrawal of both petitions scheduled for public <br /> hearing were presented and placed on file. <br /> The budget for the Board was discussed with Mr. Reinke and <br /> Mr. Massarene, the amount of money suggested for per diem and <br /> mileage was felt by the Board to be low and Mr. Reinke agreed <br /> that it would be in light of the increased activity of the <br /> Board in the past few months. <br /> Mr. Eisner moved for the adoption of $400 for publishing and <br /> $2500 for per diem and mileage, Mr. Holte seconded and the <br /> motion carried. <br /> Mr. Eisner moved for adjournment, Mr. Holte seconded, the <br /> motion carried and the meeting was adjourned at 8:15 P.M. <br /> All mileage regular. <br /> Secretary, Hermann Eisner <br />
