tow <br /> BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETN <br /> October 28, 1967 <br /> The Dane County Board of Adjustment met in the garage of the <br /> City-County Building at 9:00 A.M. , Saturday, October 28, 1967. The <br /> following members were present: 0. K.Anderson, Chairman: Millard <br /> Erickson, Vice Chairman and Herman Eisner, Secretary. Also <br /> present was W. G. Massarene, Zoning Supervisor. <br /> The Board proceeded to the following sites, which were viewed. <br /> 1. Lot owned by John H. Cupp, located in the NE;4 NEXi Section 29, <br /> Town of Westport. Appeal is for a one foot variance from the 10 <br /> foot side yard required by the ordinance. Lot fronts a private <br /> road with entry off the southwest right of way of County Trunk <br /> M. Builder for appellant was present. <br /> 2. Property of Willard C. Marten located in S.v"y4 NE,. Section 15 <br /> Town of Berry, subject of an appeal for variance of the setback <br /> provision of the ordinance. The site is to the south of Spring <br /> Valley Road. The owner was present and had placed stakes showing <br /> the proposed location of the building. Distances were paced off <br /> by W. G. Massarene. It was noted that high ground exists to the <br /> rear of the buildings now in place. Also, that a fence which <br /> the owner believes marks the north boundary of his land, extends <br /> in a line that is past the far edge of the paved road. <br /> The Board returned to the City County Building and adjourned. <br /> Secretary, Hermann Eisner <br />
