BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING <br /> October 21, 1967 <br /> The Dane County Board of Adjustment met in the garage of the City- <br /> County Building at 9 A. M. Saturday, October 21, 1967 to conduct a <br /> property inspection trip. The following members were present: 0. K. <br /> Anderson, Chairman and Hermann Eisner, Secretary. Also present <br /> was William G. Massarene, Zoning Supervisor. <br /> The Board inspected the properties listed below: <br /> 1. The Leon H. Weber residence, located at County Trunk "V" in <br /> SE1i+ SE Section 2, Town of Bristol. A matter of setback from the <br /> road. The owner Leon H. Weber was present. It was noted that <br /> the front of the building is situated 75 feet from the centerline <br /> and 42 feet from the right-of- way line of County Trunk "V". A <br /> front porch, in need of repair extends 8 feet into the existing <br /> front yard. Owner has requested a permit to repair and rebuild <br /> porch so that it will be enclosed and will measure 12 feet from the <br /> front of the building forward to the road and in width extend' <br /> across the front of the building. Also it was noted that a nearby <br /> building to the west was closer to the road than subject building, <br /> and that one to the east was considerable so. After viewing this <br /> property the Board returned to the City-County Building and <br /> adjourned. <br /> Mileages: 0. K. Anderson, regular; Herman Eisner, 30 miles; W.
