r- <br /> BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING <br /> September 6 , 1967 <br /> The Dane County Board of Adjustment met in Room 314, City-County <br /> Building, September 6, 1967, at 7:30 P.M. The following members <br /> were present : O.K. Anderson, Millard Erickson and Hermann Eisner. <br /> Also present was William G. Massarene, Zoning Supervisor. <br /> Mr. Eisner reported on his inspection trip to the Buechner prop- <br /> erty in Cross Plains. Trip was by a subcommittee of one on <br /> August 19 , 1967; private automobile ; six miles. Mr. Eisner re- <br /> lated that the owner now intends to locate the building about <br /> 53 feet from the center of the road. Also, that the Town Board <br /> of Cross Plains had been interviewed, and that it is the consensus <br /> of the Town Board that the building will never be an encroachment <br /> on the highway. <br /> Mr. Eisner is to be paid per diem and mileage for the inspection <br /> trip of August 19, 1967. (Moved by Erickson, seconded by <br /> Anderson, passed unanimously) . <br /> The Board reviewed its rules of procedure, and made the following <br /> change : <br /> "Section IV (1) is hereby repealed and recreated as follows : <br /> Hearings will be held as soon as feasible after the filing <br /> of the appeal." <br /> (Moved by Eisner, seconded by Erickson , passed unanimously) . <br /> The Board adjourned to meet in Roos 2267.
