BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT INSPECTION TRIP: March 6, 1967 <br /> Member present: Martin J. Ripp and 0. K. Anderson <br /> Mr. Eisner was unable to attend as he is employed <br /> in the Wisconsin Senate. <br /> 1. The Committee met at the Town of Madison garage at 9:00 a. m. and <br /> proceded to the Jack R. Kredeman property which is part of Government <br /> Lot 4, Section 23, Town of Dunn. They inspected the R-3 Residentially <br /> zoned parcel on Colladay Drive on which there is to be a Moving and <br /> Foundation for a residential garage. <br /> 2. The Committee proceded to the Norman G. Everson property which is part <br /> of the NE% NW'4, Section 23, Town of Dunn. They inspected the R-3 Resential- <br /> ly zoned parcel on County Trunk "AB" on which there is to be an Addition <br /> (porch) to a Single Family Residence. <br /> 3. The Committee prodeded to the Leo Herbrand property which is a parcel <br /> located in the NW% S164, Section 29, and the NE% SE%, Section 30, Town of <br /> Westport. They inspected and took measurments on the A-1 Agriculturally <br /> zoned parcel on Oncken Road on which there is a request for a Change in <br /> Use and Moving and Foundation to form two separate structures which will <br /> comprise a total of four apartment units (Blackwood School would form two <br /> and an old house to be moved in would comprise two more). <br /> NOTE: The writer, Donald Benway, wrote these notes from information <br /> gained by phone and the knowledge that he sent along maps, diagrams, <br /> and sketches of each of the parcels and premises to be inspected.
