NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Dane County Board of Adjustment <br /> will hold a public hearing in Room 226 (Circuit Court Branch <br /> IV), in the City-County Building, Madison, Wisconsin on <br /> Tuesday, November 21, 1967 at 7:30 o'clock P. M. and a hearing <br /> to be heard. Appellants and applicants must be present. <br /> The matters to be heard are as follows: <br /> 1. Appeal from denial of a permit to build a machine shed <br /> south of Spring Valley Road in the SW)4 NE34 Section 15, <br /> Town of Berry. Permit denied because setback from the <br /> road would be less than required by the Dane County Zoning <br /> Ordinance. <br /> 2. Appeal from denial of a permit to build a one story <br /> house the NEy4 NEA Section 29, Town of Westport.
