MINUTES OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> DECEMBER 17, 1976 <br /> Present: Erickson, Dahlk <br /> Also present: Enger. <br /> The meeting was called to order at 7 : 30 P.M. in room #226 City-County <br /> Building by Chairman Erickson to hold a public hearing as published <br /> by class II notice on December 3 and 10, 1976. Motion by Dahlk second <br /> by Erickson to approve the minutes of November 19 and December 14, 1976. <br /> Motion carried. The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. <br /> ( <br /> #542. Appeal by Daniel Hoefs for a Special Exception Permit, as required <br /> by Section 10.33 (c) (1) of the Dane County Zoning Ordinance, to <br /> build an addition to an existing residence located in a flood plain in <br /> part of Government Lot #2, Section 22, Town of Mazomanie, T9N R6E. <br /> IN FAVOR: Daniel Hoefs; Mr. Zantow - OPPOSED: None - TOWN BOARD: <br /> Not present, DNR no communications. <br /> #543. Appeal by Arvid Kjendle, agent for Donald Hauqen for a variance <br /> from the required rear yard as provided by 10.12 (7) (a) of the Dane <br /> County Zoning Ordinance. Variance is necessary to permit an addition <br /> to an existing residence located in part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 of <br /> Section 10, Town of Albion. <br /> IN FAVOR: A. Kjendle - OPPOSED: None - TOWN BOARD: No objection. <br /> #544. Appeal by Ben Piccolo for a variance from the required rear yard <br /> as provided by Section 10.07 (8) (a) of the Dane County Zoning Ordi- <br /> nance. Variance is necessary to permit an addition to an existing <br /> residence on Lot #17, Block 1, 2nd Addition to Highwood Estates, Town <br /> of Albion. <br /> IN FAVOR: Attorney John Rothe, representing Ben Piccolo - OPPOSED: None <br /> TOWN BOARD: No communications. <br /> #545. Appeal by the Town Board of the Town of Dunn for a variance from <br /> the required setback from Keenan Road as provided by Section 10.17 (3) <br /> of the Dane County Zoning Ordinance. Variance is necessary to build an <br /> addition to the existing Town Hall. <br /> IN FAVOR: Terry Halvorson, Town Supervisor. - OPPOSED: None <br /> #546. Appeal by Randall Ehle for a Special Exception. Permit as required <br /> by Section 10.16 (7) (g) of the Dane County Zoning Ordinance, to construct <br /> a drainage ditch adjacent to the Yahara River located in the S 1/2 SW 1/4 <br /> of Section 33, Town of Pleasant Springs. <br /> IN FAVOR: Randall Ehle, Robert Ehle, A. Birkland, Emma Nelson. - <br /> OPPOSED: None - TOWN BOARD: Not present. A letter was received <br /> from Don Walker, Dane County Highway Department stating they had no <br /> objections to petitions. <br /> The public hearing was closed. <br /> 1 <br />
