MINUTES OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> OCTOBER 18, 1976 <br /> Present: Erickson, Dahlk, Voges <br /> Also present: Enger and Fleck. <br /> The meeting was called to order by Chairman Erickson at 7:30 P. M. in <br /> Room #226, City-County Building, to hold a public hearing as published <br /> by class II notice. Motion by Voges second by Dahlk to approve the <br /> minutes of September 17 and October 12, 1976. Motion carried. The <br /> notice was read and the public hearing was opened. <br /> #521. Appeal by Don Evans for a Special Exception Permit to build a sea- <br /> wall on Lots #4 & 5 Lake Windsor Plat, Section 31, Town of Windsor. <br /> Permit is required by Section 10.16 (7) (g) Dane County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> IN FAVOR: Attorney Tom Ragatz, representing D.
